The primary objective of the ACCEL project is to develop strategic competitiveness through training, to assist companies in moving from purely cost based competition to competition based on flexibility, lead-time and quality, while also holding costs at a competitive level. The cultivation of ‘knowledge’ workers for modern manufacturing environments, development of internal trainers, improvement of management performance and effective use of information technologies are critical to achieving this objective.

Strategic Competitiveness Through Training and Development

This project provides a range of training courses for management and employees at all levels, and in areas such as:
Strategic Management
Design and Product Development

Letterfrack Programmes, one-day seminars and workshops, and short (2-3 days) technical courses. See www.fwpn.org for details of the courses available.
